All payments are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Refunds are issued by Paddle directly to your original payment method.

To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Open your order and submit a refund request through the Paddle portal, or
3. Email us at zevic1234@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and we will help process the refund with Paddle.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically issued within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been processed.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial subscription purchase.
